The annual Newbury Comedy Festival is an all day, evening and after hours event. It was recently described as 'the most significant thing ever to happen in Berkshire.'
At this festival there is plenty to amuse the whole family. The Corn Exchange is the hub of the festival, but a varied programme is held at various venues throughout Newbury.
The festival is a bit of a trek from Heathrow, but if you've got an overnight and you hire a car, its almost on your doorstep.
