New Heathrow Hilton Hotel to have Indian restaurant
07.05.11
Cyrus Todiwala, chef and owner of Café Spice Namaste in London, is to open a restaurant at the new Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5 in August. Named Mr. Todiwala’s Kitchen, the restaurant will serve upmarket Indian food similar to the menu at Café Spice.
A second restaurant at the 350 bedroom hotel will serve traditional British food such as roast lunches and casseroles. The hotel is due to open on August 31 and is one mile from Terminal 5 in 13 acres of landscaped grounds. It has a spa and a meeting and events centre with space for 1170 delegates. Each bedroom will feature Hilton Serenity beds, MP3 media hubs, wall-mounted 37’ flat screen TVs and wireless internet access.
