New sports bar at Heathrow hotel

The Heathrow Marriott hotel has launched a new sports bar, called Bar Hemia. It features state-of-the-art 3D television, and tasteful decor and gentle mood lighting, so has more a relaxed feel than most sports bars.
The large, wall-mounted TVs mean that wherever you are in the bar, you can get a good view of the action and the 3DTV takes centre stage. Guest pay £2 to hire the special 3D glasses to enjoy the 3D experience.
The wall space between the TVs is filled with memorabilia recounting Britain's rich sporting heritage, as well as pieces from other countries, reflecting the hotel's international clientele. The sports theme also extends to the menu, where starters are referred to as the 'warm up' and customers can order a Half Time Platter or a Full Time Platter.
